Welcome to 2014!
Welcome to 2014! It's the time of year when most people set New Year's resolutions and hope to accomplish great things - most of them health and fitness related. Yet most of these people will give up on those resolutions by the end of January. Why? What motivates those that keep their resolutions? What do you want to accomplish this year? I am more inclined to set goals rather than resolutions. Goals are defined, they are specific and they have a deadline. I also write them down and look at them frequently. This keeps me motivated and focused. Take charge of your future. Become the YOU that you know you can be.
